Treatments are delivered in a professional environment using evidence-based techniques and products. Results may vary between individuals, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Services provided are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations and for following all pre- and post-treatment advice provided. The Radiant Room Aesthetic Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

l. Your Contributions do not violate any federal or state law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
m. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
n. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms, or any applicable law or regulation.

1. RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW
At The Radiant Room Aesthetic Studio , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work at our company.

2.1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

Services & Treatments
• Payments made for completed treatments are non-refundable.
• Aesthetic and skin care services are personalised and results may vary; as such, refunds are not issued based on dissatisfaction with results alone.
Deposits
• Deposits required to secure appointments are non-refundable.
• Deposits may be transferable to a rescheduled appointment if adequate notice is provided, subject to availability and business discretion.
Prepaid Treatments & Packages
• Prepaid treatments or packages are non-refundable once purchased.
• Prepaid services may be subject to expiry dates or usage conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Cancellations by the Business
• If an appointment is cancelled by The Radiant Room Aesthetic Studio, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund for any payments made for the cancelled service.
Unsuitability or Discontinuation of Treatment
• If a treatment is deemed unsuitable following consultation or must be discontinued for safety reasons, any unused portion of prepaid services may be refunded or credited, at the discretion of the business.
Products (If Applicable)
• Skincare products are non-refundable once opened or used.
• Unopened products may be eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. REFUNDS

4. SHIPPING RETURNS
4.1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4.2. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
4.3. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. EXCHANGES
5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theradiantroomaestheticstudio@gmail.com.
5.2. Exceptions / non-returnable items:
a. Gift cards
b. Downloadable software products
c. Some health and personal care items
5.3. To return your product, once we've been contacted, we will confirm the returning address.
5.4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. GIFTS
6.1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
6.2. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
7. SALE ITEMS
7.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
8.1. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at theradiantroomaestheticstudio@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective/damaged product.
8.2. We will evaluate the issue and, at our discretion, replace the product or issue a refund.
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

10. CANCELLATIONS

12. RESTOCKING FEES
12.1. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns of certain items, particularly electronics and special order items.
